The college is in a spacious compound of two acres which is handed over to the University of Kerala by the kollam corporation as per the agreement signed by the Mayor of Kollam and the Registrar of the University. It is hardly 50 meters away from the N.H 47. The Model School and Higher Secondary School are also in the same compound.
